Shopping Festival Crew (London)

This is the fourth year the of Muslim shopping Festival and what’s even more exciting is that this year Save the Children are headline charity partner! Taking place on 13-14th April the Shopping Festival, a showcase of Islamic culture, featuring over 200 shopping stalls, a delicious Halal food court, modest fashion live catwalk shows and children’s entertainment. Over the weekend the event will see over 20,000 visitors, and we hope to attract them to Save the Children.

By joining our crew, you could be helping on our fabulous Mary’s Living and Giving pop-up stall selling Good Goods water bottles and bags for life. Or you could help with collecting donations, chatting with the festival shoppers and hopefully sign up new fundraisers. There’s also an amazing virtual reality experience of our work, and plenty of staff to talk to about supporting us.

With time-slots throughout both days you can fit your volunteering around your other weekend commitments. Once your shift has finished you can go and explore the festival and try some delicious food too.
